Interim support that kept communications moving

The Phoenix Zoo brought Kricun Media in on three separate occasions to provide interim communications coverage during maternity leaves. Each assignment placed Susan within the organization’s ongoing PR and media-relations function.

The work

Susan maintained continuity across programs, attractions and media opportunities while the permanent team member was away. The interim assignments also led to additional project work, including publicity tied to specific Zoo programs and attractions.

The repeat engagements show how experienced interim support can keep communications moving through a temporary staffing gap without adding a permanent position.
